9. CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

9.2 No Guarantee of Acceptance
We do not guarantee that Course completion will be accepted for continuing education credit by any regulatory body or professional organization.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaffney Hill Consulting, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Course
- Your violation of these Terms
